– for trips outside Romania the driver may request the payment of vignettes if they cant be included in the price of the trip

Terms & Conditions

General conditions

Bucharest Taxi reserves the right to refuse the reservation or to reject the conclusion of a contract.

A contract will be concluded only in our terms and conditions. The contract is personal to both parties and is absolutely unassignable.

For companies invoiced abroad and wishing to sign a contract with us, we only accept payment in advance.

Reservations will be made at least 3 hours in advance.

If you cancel the reservation less than 2 days from the set date, a fee of at least 10% of the total reservation will be charged, but not less than 10 euros

If you cancel the reservation less than 12 hours from the set date, a fee of 10% of the total reservation will be charged, but not less than 20 euros

If you cancel the reservation more than 2 days from the set date, all your money will be refunded and you will have to bear the bank’s fees.

Payment

Bucharest Taxi reserves the right to request an advance payment when it deems it necessary
You can pay cash to the driver you are traveling with, either by credit card or indirectly through the online payment mechanism.
In case of online payment, the customer will wait for confirmation of the availability of the reserved car, if we do not have availability, the money will be returned and the customer will bear the bank fees.

Cash and credit card reservations are not subject to VAT, unless the driver making your reservation is registered with VAT, in which case VAT will be charged in addition to the fare.

the right to information, i.e. the right to receive details of the processing activities carried out by Bucharest.Taxi, as described in this document;
the right of access to data, i.e. the right to obtain confirmation from Bucharest.Taxi on the processing of personal data, as well as details of processing activities such as how the data are processed, the purpose for which the processing is carried out, the recipients or categories of recipients of the data, etc.
the right to rectification, i.e. the right to obtain correction, without justified delay, by Bucharest.Taxi inaccurate/unjustified personal data, as well as the completion of incomplete data; The correction/completion shall be communicated to each recipient to whom the data have been transmitted, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate efforts.
the right to erasure of data without undue delay (‘the right to be forgotten’) if one of the following reasons applies:
they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed;
where consent is withdrawn and there is no other legal basis for processing;
where the data subject objects to processing and there are no legitimate reasons to prevail;
where personal data have been illegally processed;
where personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation;
personal data have been collected in connection with the provision of information society services under Union or national law under the incident of the controller.It is possible that, following the request to delete the data, Bucharest.Taxi anonymise this data (thus depriving them of their personal character) and continue processing for statistical purposes under these conditions;
The right to restrict processing in so far as:

processing is illegal and the data subject opposes the deletion of personal data, asking instead to restrict their use;
a controller no longer needs personal data for processing purposes, but the data subject requests it for the establishment, exercise or defence of a right in court; Or
a data subject has objected to processing (other than direct marketing) for the period during which it is verified that the legitimate rights of the controller prevail over those of the data subject.
The right to data portability, i.e. (i) the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used and readable format, and (ii) the right for such data to be transmitted by Bucharest.Taxi to another data controller, to the extent that the conditions laid down by law are met;
the right to object – in respect of processing activities may be exercised by submitting a request as indicated below;
